At Tradeky Inc., we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase of our home goods products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1.Contact our customer service at Tradekyinc@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
3.Ship the package to the following address:

4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges

2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
1.Contact our customer service at Tradekyinc@gmail.com. to request an Exchange Authorization.
2.Once you receive the Exchange Authorization, securely package the item(s) and include the Exchange Authorization inside the package.
3.Ship the package to the following address:

3. Exchange Shipping

4. Processing Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Tradekyinc@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, which may include providing a replacement or refund.
